Patrick is married with three sons and lives on an eight acre croft in the Highlands of Scotland, about five miles north of Loch Ness.
Apart from the snow obsession, he enjoys (in no particular order) cinema, reading (especially Jules Verne), beaches, gardening, whisky, writing letters and cheese.
